Located on "gallery row" in the heart of downtown Lexington, Virginia, 18 West Gallery is a family-owned gallery and boutique featuring local artists. For 30+ years, 18 West Washington Street housed the family architecture business, Kirchner & Associates Architects which transformed many aspects of downtown Lexington and Rockbridge county for the better. 

Now, the next generation is carrying on the family's artistic legacy with 18 West Gallery. In addition to the gallery which features local fine artists and craftspeople, our small-but-stylish boutique houses locally-made gifts and art, as well as a small selection of vintage apparel and home goods, crystals and jewelry. We host seasonal arts + crafts workshops in-person for all ages, taught by talented local artists. 

We are just getting started as of March 2026, and are thrilled to work alongside our incredible community to make downtown Lexington an even richer artistic experience for both visitors and locals alike.

Stop by and see us Thursday-Friday 10am-6pm, Saturdays 10am-5pm, and Sundays 1-4pm.
